Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation invites applications for its Full Time Manufacturing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) – Operations Track, starting July 2027. The three-year program features three 12-month rotations across assembly, logistics, quality, and process engineering in our U.S.

manufacturing sites. You will develop world-class manufacturing skills, lead teams, and contribute to safety, quality, and cost targets while working under senior leadership mentors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree by May 2027 required.
• Majors: Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial/Operations Engineering or Operations Management.
• Minimum GPA 2.8 cumulative.
• US work authorization required; visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three 12-month rotations across plant operations, including assembly, logistics, and quality.
• Lead and collaborate with teams to drive safety, quality, and cost improvements.
• Engage with senior leaders and mentors to accelerate leadership development.
