Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking candidates for its Manufacturing Leadership Program (MLP) in the United States. The program prepares engineers for technical or leadership roles within our manufacturing facilities, with rotations in Technical, TPM and Operations and a cross-functional assignment at the end based on interests.

Participants are mentored by seasoned professionals and complete 24 to 30 months of rotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Previous internships/co-ops in manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated leadership in professional, service, or student organizations.
• Willingness and flexibility to relocate (assistance provided).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and analyze information to optimize processes.
• Investigate bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Apply expertise to enhance manufacturing processes, products, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to improve operations.
