Job summary

Participants rotate through manufacturing, planning, maintenance, safety and more, building leadership and process skills across 160+ U.S.

plants. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required (preferably in Engineering or Business).
• 2+ years experience with a manufacturing company.
• Ability to relocate to advance opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Active participation in rotations related to manufacturing, customer service, planning, maintenance, environmental, safety, sales and front line supervision.
• Develop knowledge of manufacturing metrics and drive best-in-class performance.
• Lead special projects and develop solutions for safety, quality and capacity balance.
• Support continuous improvement using manufacturing reliability tools.
• Coach, train and engage employees on process improvement and business results.
