Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business is required.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in manufacturing settings.
• Ability and willingness to relocate to IP locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across manufacturing, planning, maintenance, safety, sales and leadership tasks.
• Develop knowledge of manufacturing metrics and drive performance improvements.
• Lead special projects to address safety, quality, capacity, workflow and logistics.
• Support safety systems, trainings, audits and behavioral safety practices.
• Coach and engage teams to foster continuous improvement and reliable operations.
• Assist sales reps in customer interactions regarding capabilities and service.
