International Paper is seeking a Manufacturing Management Associate for a leadership development program based in Omaha, NE. This role offers a unique pathway to develop future leaders through hands-on experiences in various manufacturing processes.
The position involves active participation in rotations related to manufacturing, customer service, and planning, among others, while also leading projects aimed at enhancing operational performance. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
