Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations related to manufacturing, customer service, planning, maintenance, environmental, safety, sales and supervision.
• Develop knowledge of manufacturing metrics and drive best‑in‑class performance.
• Lead special projects and develop solutions for safety, quality and operations.
• Develop and improve safety systems and lead teams as appropriate.
• Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across facilities.
• Assist plant operations, troubleshooting, process improvement, and equipment upgrades.
• Coach, train and engage employees on process improvements and business results.
• Assist Sales Representatives on customer interactions regarding capability and service.
