Qualifications

• Bachelor27s degree required; MBA or MS preferred.
• 10+ years of experience across functions and/or areas of supply chain.
• Strong leadership with proven track record of results and inclusive culture.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects; proficient with PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for manufacturing sites.
• Oversee execution of key initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead manufacturing teams and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Own the Manufacturing Cost Transformation Program and develop a 3-year pipeline of savings.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for senior leadership.
