Job summary

It converts the production plan into daily priorities, builds leader capability, removes constraints, and improves equipment reliability.

You will translate the production schedule into clear staffing, equipment, material, and maintenance plans, and lead four Manufacturing Team Leads and a Production Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of manufacturing experience.
• Three or more years of leadership experience.
• Experience managing safety, quality, production schedules, and operating metrics.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems such as SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations to meet safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Own daily manufacturing execution across shifts and set priorities.
• Translate the production schedule into staffing, equipment, and maintenance plans.
• Lead four Manufacturing Team Leads and a Production Coordinator.
• Maintain performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, yield, and reliability.
• Manage staffing, overtime, training, attendance, and succession planning.
