Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated in Miamisburg, OH is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead site production operators, focusing on maintaining, ramping up, and downsizing production to meet on-time delivery, quality, and productivity targets in a skilled technical environment.

You will collaborate with site leadership on capacity and materials planning, drive continuous improvements, ensure compliance with health and safety and ITAR requirements, and mentor a team to achieve growth targets

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required (engineering field preferred).
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to act in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Ability to operate in a high-performance target environment.
• Strong leadership to motivate teams toward goals.
• Bias for action and delivering results.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• ITAR information handling responsibilities.
• U.S. citizenship required per DoE.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of production operators to meet operational goals.
• Collaborate with Site Leadership on capacity and materials planning.
• Identify and implement productivity and quality improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal customers to meet production demands.
• Lead and coach the production team to promote teamwork.
• Report key metrics to site management and track progress.
