Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operational leadership, or related field.
• Master’s degree in business administration or comparable field preferred.
• Experience leading large and complex manufacturing operations (10–15 years).
• Proven ability to build and execute strategic plans to improve SQDCP metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational needs of a large plant with multiple value streams and functions.
• Develop leaders through coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities.
• Serve as operational liaison to product line teams and drive changes across lines.
