The ideal candidate has several years of leadership experience in manufacturing, a strong background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Several years of leadership experience in production management.
• Experience in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards and regulations.
• Manage resources, schedules, and capacity to maximize efficiency.
• Drive production KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Maintenance, and Quality.
• Analyze performance and implement corrective actions to address issues.
• Control production costs and support investments and upgrades.
• Lead and develop production teams and supervisors.
• Prepare manufacturing reports and KPI analyses for management.
• Foster Lean Manufacturing and employee engagement across operations.
