The ideal candidate has several years of experience in production optimization and is proficient with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methods. Travel about 20% may be required; immigration sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Several years of experience designing and optimizing production processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for productivity and quality.
• Define budgets for planned investments and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Track performance with metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance and Finance.
