Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading Final Test or production in a high-tech environment.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and 5S in manufacturing settings.

Responsibilities

• Direct Final Test activities to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives.
• Prioritize Final Test schedule and resources based on customer requirements, design releases and materials supply.
• Plan and administer procedures and budgets.
• Lead Final Test efforts to meet quarterly/annual plans.
• Establish operations planning model to fit business needs.
• Assist with annual budget, resource plan for Production.
• Monitor and manage forecasted expenses and inventory targets.
• Develop organization – training, mentoring and coaching.
• Review performance of employees to ensure improvement.
• Support cross-functional activities for new product development.
