Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher completed before start.
• Ten years of manufacturing experience across sectors (private/public/government/military).
• Three years of manufacturing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and business teams to create high value, cost effective products and provide superior customer service to the 3M divisions utilizing the Menomonie assets.
• Lead and execute strategic and operational planning aligned with divisional goals.
• Drive CapEx discussions to improve productivity and technology enhancements.
• Lead discussions with extended value stream partners to improve yield and productivity.
• Directly supervise engineers, provide development opportunities and coaching.
• Support EHS, Quality, Service, Cost, Continuous Improvement and other plant initiatives.
• Coordinate Partner Alignment and manage the extended value streams for the products and businesses.
• Be a key member of the Menomonie Management Team.
• Build operational discipline with Operations to exceed customer expectations.
• Develop solutions for highly complex problems requiring ingenuity and analytical skills.
• Network with stakeholders and sister plants to share learnings and best practices.
