Job summary

Groe Advisors LLC is seeking a seasoned manufacturing supervisor with a strong background in TIG welding (GTAW) of stainless-steel tubing and piping, particularly in high-purity or cryogenic applications. The role demands leadership of welding and fabrication teams, process improvement, and strict adherence to quality standards.

Successful candidates will oversee daily operations, ensure safety and compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years in supervisory/managerial role.
• Extensive hands-on GTAW TIG welding of stainless steel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily manufacturing operations to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Supervise welders, assemblers, fabricators, and production technicians.
• Coordinate labor assignments to maximize efficiency and throughput.
• Monitor workflow and identify bottlenecks affecting production.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development.
