Fanatics Collect in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Lead to supervise the manufacturing team, ensure production schedules, and uphold the highest quality standards.

You will drive continuous improvement, coach staff, ensure safety, and maintain compliance with 5S and company policies. 2+ years manufacturing experience required; associate degree preferred. Join a dynamic, hands-on environment within the Fanatics ecosystem.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in coordinating the activities of the manufacturing team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor production schedules and help adjust assignments as necessary to meet production goals.
• Ensure production processes are carried out in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
• Quickly address and resolve production‑related issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and the needs of the production line.
• Track and evaluate the performance of individual team members and the overall production line.
• Assist in onboarding and training new employees on manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Oversee the quality of products throughout the production process to ensure they meet company standards.
• Identify inefficiencies in the production process and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Promote and enforce adherence to 5S principles, ensuring that these practices become part of the company culture.
