Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Production Manager to lead a cost-efficient operation across processing, filling, packaging, and maintenance, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Quality, Technical Support, Maintenance, Safety and HR to meet production KPIs and Lean initiatives, guiding staff and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Business Administration.
• 5-7 years progressive leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience.
• Project management experience.
• Strong business and financial competence.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative management skills.
• Effective leadership to drive change and align teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost-efficient operations across processing, filling, packaging, and maintenance.
• Deliver KPIs in support of the manufacturing strategy.
• Ensure safety and quality through collaboration with Quality and Food Safety teams.
• Coordinate production activities with supervisors, maintenance, and quality control.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the team.
• Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Review reports to identify causes of nonconformity and address issues.
