Job summary

Mann in Wichita Falls, TX seeks a Quality Supervisor to lead the facility's Quality Management System and drive improvements in quality, efficiency, waste reduction, and cost savings. You will manage customer complaints, corrective actions, and root cause analysis while aligning with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance and Supply Chain to raise product quality.

Required is a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, plus at least 2 years of supervisory manufacturing experience, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management or related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with quality audits, corrective actions and root cause analysis.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred; knowledge of quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001) desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the facility's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality and cost savings.
• Manage customer complaints, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
• Lead internal, customer, and regulatory audits; ensure compliance.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to improve quality.
• Support supplier quality development and resolve supplier-related concerns.
• Analyze quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate investments in equipment and technology to enhance quality.
• Lead, coach, and develop the quality team; run performance reviews.
