Job summary

Madix, Inc. in Jacksonville, TX seeks a Machine Operator to perform machine shop and mold press operations supporting the assembly floor. You will detect defects and report unsafe conditions while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma/GED and at least 1 year of factory experience. Training on safety, ESD awareness, quality systems is provided; willingness to receive supervision is expected.

• Willingness to learn and follow supervisor guidance.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine shop and mold press operations to support assembly.
• Detect and report defective materials or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety rules.
• Execute prescribed maintenance per PM charts and operate milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, molding and related bench work.
