Job summary

World Wide Technology seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee a team and ensure on-time delivery of customer demands in a complex production setting. The role requires coordinating resources, coaching staff, and driving continuous improvement across processes to meet quality, safety, and performance metrics.

You will manage day-to-day operations, implement production plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues while aligning with company standards and goals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of experience supervising a medium size team (15-25 direct reports on average).
• Basic understanding of LEAN methodology and concepts is preferred.
• Overall planning and execution of enhancing quality and customer service.
• Product progress reports.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deploy the technical skill sets and resources to deliver projects.
• Ensure operational staff are qualified and adequately trained.
• Investigate customer impacting issues and provide root cause and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve issues and meet goals.
• Lead and develop a team of associates including hiring and coaching.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly KPIs to achieve targets.
• Address production, safety and attendance performance across shifts.
