Job summary

American Battery Solutions Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Planning and Launch leader to manage all aspects of new program launches in our operations facility.

You will drive scheduling, material readiness, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, purchasing, logistics, quality, and assembly to ensure flawless launches with cost and quality targets. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in engineering and at least 5 years in engineering or project management within manufacturing, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, mechanical, or electrical engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in engineering or project management in manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9001, TS 16949 and ISO 14001.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of new program launch for manufacturing and prototype facilities.
• Define releases with program management and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Lead DFMEA/ DFMEA participation and process change controls.
• Coordinate prototype and production workflows for multiple products.
• Plan and prioritize operations to meet production demand and schedule.
• Ensure staffing, equipment and raw materials are in place for production.
• Drive launch readiness and manage open points lists to closure.
• Foster alignment between Engineering, Prototype, Production and Suppliers.
