Job summary

Aerotek is seeking motivated Laborers to join our growing manufacturing team in Henrico County, VA. This is a hands-on, fast-paced production role with opportunities to train and grow within the company.

No advanced manufacturing experience is required, and training is provided. You will help with material handling, assembly support, equipment operation, quality checks, and maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, construction, landscaping, or assembly is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and stay on your feet throughout the shift.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic and reliability; willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production, assembly, and general labor duties throughout the facility.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and finished products.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic manufacturing equipment safely.
• Support machine operators and production teams as needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment (training available).
• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
