Job summary

Aerotek is hiring for Entry-level Production Laborer roles in Redmond, WA. This contract position offers hands-on manufacturing experience, paid training, and a pathway to higher-level assembly roles within a growing team.

No prior manufacturing experience is required; candidates learn on the job and can advance through the shop as skills grow. Weekday schedule with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble products, components, and sub-assemblies.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Rotate between assembly and production workstations.
• Read measurements and complete basic production documentation.
• Inspect products and identify quality concerns.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Support production goals and team objectives.
