Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a General Laborer for Freehold, NJ. The role focuses on cleaning, stocking, and moving items within the facility. Shifts run 7am-3pm and 11am-7pm, Monday through Friday with every other weekend, on a contract-to-hire basis.

Pay is $18/hour with full onsite responsibilities and safety-focused processes. Training will be provided to learn required procedures and standards. Ideal candidates are reliable, eager to learn, and capable of standing, walking, and lifting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas thoroughly and consistently, following provided guidelines and safety practices.
• Stock food supplies and related items in designated locations to ensure inventory is organized and readily available.
• Move items and materials to different areas within the facility as directed, maintaining proper handling and care.
• Maintain a tidy and organized work area, promptly addressing spills, clutter, and other cleanliness concerns.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads, adapting to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
• Learn and apply training on equipment use, cleaning procedures, and stocking methods to perform duties efficiently.
• Report any issues with supplies, equipment, or work areas to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
