Responsibilities

• Assist with surface preparation, including cleaning, masking, and material handling.
• Load, unload, and move parts to and from work areas.
• Support sandblasting, painting, and powder coating operations as needed.
• Use basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and workstations.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
• Inspect materials and parts for damage or defects and report issues.
• Assist skilled operators and technicians as directed.
