The role requires a high school diploma plus two+ years in cost analysis in manufacturing, proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/JD Edwards/Workday), and strong organization.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of cost analysis experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with major ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/JD Edwards/Workday).
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate labor budgets and forecast processes (annual, quarterly, monthly).
• Analyze plan vs. actual variances and report to management.
• Close monthly financials and prepare data for audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to improve labor reporting and costs.
• Develop daily/weekly/monthly labor cost reports and drive cost improvements.
