Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to functional work.
• 2+ years of progressive work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Proficient with Google Workspace collaboration tools.
• Understanding of Adult Learning Theory.
• Adept with multimedia training platforms and methods.
• Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
• Ability to design and implement effective training and development solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform needs analysis with local leadership to identify training needs.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate learning interventions aligned to objectives.
• Create engaging courseware and training materials.
• Deliver training across classroom, e-learning, and on-the-job formats.
• Coordinate apprentice programs, manufacturing training, safety compliance, and orientation.
• Develop standardized training metrics to evaluate initiatives.
• Support Apprenticeships and related training with local personnel.
• Track progress in LMS and report findings to management.
• Recommend changes to improve employee performance and training effectiveness.
• Drive skills analysis for roles and document training needs with stakeholders.
