The Learning and Development Specialist is crucial in supporting RRD's training and development initiatives and will primarily focus on manufacturing training and apprenticeship programs with the goal of delivering programs to employees aimed at aligning employee performance with organizational goals and objectives. This key role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving our standardized offerings as well as assisting local leadership with coordinating training that may include classroom, e‑learning, and on‑the‑job training. Duties require interacting with various departments and all levels of the organization, from site leadership to subject matter experts (SMEs) and trainees.
Responsibilities:
The national pay range for this role is $57,300-87,100/ year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
