Job summary

Ducommun, Inc. is seeking an IT Technician to provide on-site IT support at our Wisconsin manufacturing site.

You will handle hardware, software, user accounts, data backups and printer/mobile/VOIP support, and assist with network and server tasks as needed. Candidates should have a technical diploma or degree, with hands-on experience in Windows server/client environments, Active Directory, help desk tickets, and IT security practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing IT environment preferred.
• Experience with IT Help Desk ticketing systems preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows server/client environments and security practices.

Responsibilities

• End user hardware and software support at the site.
• Manage user accounts and IT security controls.
• Assist with LAN/WAN issues and data backups.
• Support printers, scanners, VOIP phones and mobile devices.
• Contribute to SOX 404 audits and IT policy compliance.
• Provide after-hours support for monitoring/alerts.
