Job summary
CyberCoders is seeking an IT & Systems Manager in La Marque, TX to lead IT operations in a manufacturing environment. The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic tech improvements, maintaining infrastructure, supporting end users, and administering business systems including ERP Epicor.
You will manage SQL Server, SSRS, C#, and Microsoft 365, drive efficiency, and partner with leadership to identify automation opportunities.
Qualifications
- BS in CS, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years IT experience.
- 5+ years ERP experience; Epicor preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure and network systems.
- Monitor system performance, security, backups, and overall system health.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user issues.
- Administer ERP systems, with strong Epicor experience preferred.
- Develop reports, applications, and process automation solutions.
- Support SQL Server databases and reporting tools.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Teams, phone systems, and communications platforms.
- Evaluate technology upgrades and improvements.
- Partner with leadership to identify process improvements and automation.
- Train and support employees on company technology tools and resources.
