CyberCoders is seeking an IT & Systems Manager in La Marque, TX to lead IT operations in a manufacturing environment. The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic tech improvements, maintaining infrastructure, supporting end users, and administering business systems including ERP Epicor.

You will manage SQL Server, SSRS, C#, and Microsoft 365, drive efficiency, and partner with leadership to identify automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS in CS, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years IT experience.
• 5+ years ERP experience; Epicor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure and network systems.
• Monitor system performance, security, backups, and overall system health.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user issues.
• Administer ERP systems, with strong Epicor experience preferred.
• Develop reports, applications, and process automation solutions.
• Support SQL Server databases and reporting tools.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Teams, phone systems, and communications platforms.
• Evaluate technology upgrades and improvements.
• Partner with leadership to identify process improvements and automation.
• Train and support employees on company technology tools and resources.

Salary: $120k-$130k/yr + Benefits and Performance Bonus

Requirements: BS in CS, Engineering or related field, 10+ years in IT or Systems Administration ERP (Epicor preferred) Manufacturing Companies preferred

Position Overview

This is a hands-on IT leadership role supporting a manufacturing environment. The person will be responsible for maintaining infrastructure, supporting end users, administering business systems, and driving technology improvements that increase efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure and network systems
• Monitor system performance, security, backups, and overall system health
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user issues
• Administer ERP systems, with strong preference for Epicor experience
• Develop custom reports, applications, and process automation solutions
• Support SQL Server databases and reporting tools
• Manage Microsoft 365, Teams, phone systems, and communications platforms
• Evaluate and recommend technology upgrades and improvements
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Train and support employees on company technology tools and resources

Qualifications
