Job summary

Silver Hills is seeking an IT Support Specialist II to join our IT Team in Rossville, TN. This role provides Level 2 technical support to users and serves as a key on-site IT resource for manufacturing operations, ensuring reliability, availability, and security of end-user computing systems and equipment.

Responsibilities include desktop and user support, troubleshooting network connectivity, wireless infrastructure, and production technologies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support or related role.
• Degree or diploma in Information Technology.
• Experience supporting Windows and Mac systems.
• Knowledge of networks and server concepts.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Level 1 & 2 tickets for users in the US and Canada.
• Provide on-site end-user support for desktops, laptops and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and support Wi‑Fi, printers, scanners, and access control systems.
• Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID user accounts and permissions.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems and processes.
