Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Lansdale, PA, is seeking a seasoned .NET developer to support manufacturing clients with SCADA integrations and robust database work. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, resolve incidents, and ensure quality delivery while aligning with ITIL processes.

The role emphasizes ServiceNow familiarity, stakeholder communication, and developing customer-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Extensive experience as a .NET developer with modern frameworks.
Experience on SCADA platforms.
Strong SQL and Oracle database skills.
Working knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL-like processes (Incidents, Problems, Changes, SLM, Knowledge).
Experience with manufacturing customers is beneficial.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team for knowledge sharing and issue resolution.
Manage stakeholders, provide regular updates, and assist in operational reporting.
Triaging issues and coordinating with cross-functional teams for timely resolution.
Adhere to service management processes (Incident, Change, Capacity, Problem, etc.).
Maintain SLA levels and ensure delivery quality.
Monitor and resolve day-to-day incidents (ServiceNow preferred).
Interact with IT and business clients on functional issues.
Develop functionalities per customer requirements.
