Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking an experienced Applications Manager to lead ERP, custom software development, and OT integration in a manufacturing environment. You will guide enterprise applications from requirements through deployment, ensuring alignment with production planning, inventory, and quality systems.

The role emphasizes leadership of a technical team and collaboration with Manufacturing, Finance, and IT to drive continuous improvement and data visibility across shop-floor systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 7+ years in ERP systems, business apps, or application management.
• Min 3 years leading technical teams.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Experience with ERP integrations and software deployment.
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Lead the management, support, enhancement, and optimization of ERP and enterprise business applications, preferably JD Edwards.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other business functions to understand requirements and identify improvements.
• Oversee ERP configurations, enhancements, integrations, upgrades and ongoing support.
• Evaluate existing applications and recommend solutions to improve functionality and reliability.
• Develop and maintain application roadmaps and prioritize initiatives by business impact.
• Translate manufacturing requirements into practical software enhancements and solutions.
• Lead, coach, and develop a small team of developers and business systems analysts.
