Job summary

Mueller Brass Co. in Port Huron, MI is seeking a Manufacturing IT Administrator to provide frontline support for ERP, MES, and production systems. You will maintain hardware, troubleshoot software, and ensure uptime to support DoD/ITAR/CMMC compliance readiness.

You will manage PC lifecycles, support QAD ERP, Ignition, Roadrunner, and peripheral devices, participate in on-call rotations, and travel on-site for critical incidents as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT support experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Proficiency with Windows OS, Active Directory, imaging tools, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Experience with manufacturing applications such as ERP (QAD) and MES/SCADA systems is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• ERP assistance: troubleshoot and support the QAD ERP system for end users.
• Ignition support: first-line for Ignition systems, basic checks and escalation as needed.
• Roadrunner support: core technical resource for Roadrunner manufacturing app, data flow and troubleshooting.
• Industrial hardware: maintain and fix barcode scanners, digital scales, time clocks.
