Job summary

Mirion Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production & Manufacturing IT Operations Specialist based in Oak Ridge, TN.

The role focuses on daily operational support for manufacturing systems and applications, across on-premises and cloud environments, with duties spanning escalation handling and interdepartmental collaboration. The candidate will manage troubleshooting initiatives, coordinate outages with stakeholders, and assist in implementing new or transitioning accounts to resolve connectivity

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
3–5 years of customer service/customer relationship management operations experience.
Experience with IT operations in manufacturing environments is a plus.
Willingness to travel domestically as needed.

Responsibilities

Daily operational support for systems, applications, networks, and infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
Handle complex customer account escalations and act as escalation point for DSD products.
Oversee and escalate DSD Oak Ridge network requests to Corporate IT services team.
Lead and manage product/manufacturing troubleshooting, service projects, and initiatives.
Communicate system down time, outages, and emergency activities to stakeholders.
Provide technical support for new or transitioning accounts to resolve connectivity issues.
Work onsite and at customer locations as needed; hours may vary by geography.
