Mueller Brass Company seeks an Manufacturing IT Administrator to provide frontline IT support for corporate and production systems in Port Huron, MI. You will manage day-to-day IT operations, maintain hardware, support MES/ERP platforms, and enable senior IT leadership to focus on strategic initiatives and compliance.

Responsibilities include ERP/QAD troubleshooting, Ignition and Roadrunner support, hardware maintenance, and on-call rotations.

Formación

• 2+ years IT support experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, PC imaging tools, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Hands-on exposure to ERP software (QAD preferred) and manufacturing systems like Ignition or Roadrunner is highly advantageous.
• Strong hardware diagnostic skills spanning PCs, industrial printers, and peripheral devices.
• Willing to participate in a weekly on-call rotation and travel on-site during off-hours for critical infrastructure failures.

Responsabilidades

• ERP Assistance: Provide primary end-user troubleshooting and support for the QAD ERP system.
• Ignition Support: Act as the first-line support for Ignition systems, performing basic functionality and server health checks.
• Roadrunner Support: Serve as a core technical resource for the Roadrunner manufacturing application, ensuring smooth integration and data flow.
• Industrial Hardware: Maintain, evaluate, and fix specialized manufacturing hardware, including barcode scanners, digital scales, and time clocks.
• PC Lifecycle: Manage hardware imaging, configuration, deployment, and physical troubleshooting for workstations.
• Software Support: Deliver comprehensive PC software troubleshooting and user assistance.
• On-Call & Operations Support: Participate in an off-hours and weekend on-call rotation and remote triage.
