Job summary

Twin Rivers Paper Company, based in Madawaska, Maine, is seeking a Director of IT to lead the strategic direction and daily management of its information technology across corporate and manufacturing facilities.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in manufacturing.
Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, data analytics, or related field.
Experience leading IT strategy, operations, and capital budgets.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a company-wide IT strategy aligned with business and manufacturing goals.
Lead IT team development, coaching, objectives, and performance management.
Set technology priorities, roadmaps, budgets, and IT standards.
Evaluate emerging technologies to improve productivity, efficiency, quality and profitability.
Lead major tech initiatives from planning through implementation and stabilization.
Support due diligence for acquisitions, integrations, new facilities, and strategic initiatives.
Manage 3rd party consultants and vendors with close oversight.
