Precinmac, LP. seeks a Director of Information Technology to lead IT across Tualatin and Albany, OR.

This executive role partners with operations to align technology with manufacturing goals, oversee infrastructure, data strategy, and cybersecurity, and drive digital transformation across multi-site semiconductor manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years IT leadership, a Bachelor’s in CS/IT, ITIL/PMP/CISSP preferred, and a proven track record delivering ERP/MES/CRM projects, data

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field is required.
Minimum ten years of experience managing IT operations with leadership responsibilities.
ITIL, PMP, CISSP or similar certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a forward-looking IT strategy aligned with business goals, manufacturing requirements, and semiconductor expectations.
Lead application strategy (ERP, MES, QMS, CRM) for the business unit, ensuring systems are well documented and scalable.
Own IT infrastructure across multiple facilities with clear documentation and ownership.
Implement mature cybersecurity programs aligned with manufacturing risk profiles and customer expectations.
Establish data governance, data quality, and master data management for the BU.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance to reduce downtime and improve yield.
