Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a company-wide IT strategy aligned with business and manufacturing objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop IT team members including setting objectives and performance.
• Establish IT roadmaps, budgets and standards to support current operations and growth.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Lead major technology initiatives from strategy through implementation and stabilization.
• Provide IT leadership for acquisitions, integrations, and new facilities.
