A leading custom trailer manufacturer in Winslow, ME, is seeking an experienced IT Director to set the vision and direction for their IT department. You will oversee the Genius ERP system, manage IT infrastructure, and drive innovative technology initiatives. The role requires a strong background in IT and manufacturing, with excellent leadership skills. Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with Genius ERP or similar manufacturing ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of engineer-to-order (ETO) or make-to-order (MTO) manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s IT strategy, aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
• Oversee and continuously improve the Genius ERP system.
• Manage IT infrastructure across all facilities, ensuring security and reliability.
