Job summary

Novipax is seeking a Director of IT to lead technology strategy, implementation, and optimization for key platforms from the Oak Brook office. You will partner with Operations, Finance, and Sales to align tech with business goals and deliver seamless customer interfaces.

The ideal candidate is an IT generalist with strong business acumen, 10+ years in IT leadership, and experience across on-premise and cloud networks, ERP, CRM, and WMS within a multi-facility manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required; minimum 10 years IT leadership experience in manufacturing.
English language proficiency; strong communication skills; able to prepare reports.
Strong math, financial analysis, and management capabilities.
Experience translating business problems into technology solutions; executive interfacing.

Responsibilities

Align IT with business strategy and develop a technology roadmap with leadership.
Evaluate hardware, software, and network infrastructure investments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
Define KPIs and monitor system performance and business impact.
Improve system uptime, security, reliability, and scalability.
Oversee outsourced data center activities and SLAs with partners.
Serve as point of contact for all business technology needs and approvals.
Process IT invoices timely and manage budget for IT department.
Plan resources and manage IT project portfolio and budgets.
Ensure documentation, policy adoption, and enterprise architecture standards.
