You will serve as the primary regional IT technical resource, aligning local operations with global IT standards while delivering responsive support to business users and production environments.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and end-user environments.
Experience within manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site operations preferred.
Experience supporting Microsoft-based environments and enterprise networking platforms.
Proven experience managing hardware and software deployments across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Maintain regional IT infrastructure across servers, networking, storage, wireless, and telecommunications.
Provide 1st- to 3rd-line support as required for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Production to minimize IT downtime.
Support manufacturing applications, shop-floor systems, and industrial connectivity.
Ensure security controls, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
Document solutions, procedures, and project outcomes.
