Job summary

Hill & Smith PLC is seeking a Regional IT Infrastructure & Support Specialist to ensure reliable operation, maintenance, and improvement of IT hardware, software, and end-user services across multiple manufacturing facilities. This role acts as the regional IT technical resource, aligning local operations with global IT standards while delivering responsive support to business users and leadership teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Eng or related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and end-user environments.

Responsibilities

Maintain regional IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, wireless, and telecom.
Provide 1st-3rd line support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Coordinate security controls, patching, and incident response per policies.
Collaborate with Operations and Production to minimize downtime.
Lead IT projects and regional deployments across manufacturing sites.
Document solutions, diagrams, and project outcomes.
