Job summary

Hyve Solutions Corporation is seeking an onsite IT Support Specialist to provide hardware, software, network access, and general IT support across office and manufacturing areas in Reno, NV.

You will manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls; perform basic server tasks; document issues and changes; and coordinate with corporate IT on security standards while delivering responsive, customer‑focused service.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of IT support, field service, or a similar technical role.
• Experience supporting users in a manufacturing or mixed office/production environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, permissions management, and basic server administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite user support for hardware, software, network access, and general IT issues across office and manufacturing areas.
• Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Hyve systems and applications.
• Perform minor server support, including basic troubleshooting, monitoring, patch coordination, and escalation to corporate IT when needed.
• Support local infrastructure such as workstations, printers, scanners, badge systems, and production‑floor terminals.
• Document issues, resolutions, and system changes to maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with corporate IT teams to ensure alignment with security standards, policies, and system configurations.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks, including equipment setup, account provisioning, and access removal.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues impacting users or production operations.
• Support network connectivity troubleshooting and escalated complex issues appropriately.
• Maintain a strong customer‑service mindset and ensure timely resolution of support requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the facility’s operational and technical needs.
