Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking two IT College Co-ops to join our Minerva, OH operations. One position is on the 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and the other on the 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).

The IT Co-Op will provide hands-on technical support for plant operations, enterprise infrastructure, and manufacturing technology systems. You will work with the IT department, engineering teams, production personnel, and plant leadership to keep daily operations running smoothly while gaining practical

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology or related field fulltime.
• Graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Available to work 25-40 hours each week, year-round.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 or above.
• Familiarity with basic Networking principles & protocols including TCP/IP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligible to work in the U.S without Visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for plant operations, enterprise infrastructure, and manufacturing technology systems.
• Assist in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network and communication systems.
• Document technical systems to maintain knowledge base and security.
• Identify and build alerts for evolving network threats.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, production, and leadership to support daily operations.
