Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking an Engineering College Co‑op in Ohio to support manufacturing and engineering operations through daily reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, and project-based assignments.

You will conduct time studies, create performance-based reports, and assist with lean implementation in the manufacturing and assembly areas. Candidates must be pursuing a Mechanical/Manufacturing engineering degree and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree full-time at an accredited college or university preferably in a Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering major.
• Graduation date of May 2027 or later.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday, year-round.
• Must be able to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies and cycle time checks.
• Create performance-based reports
• Conduct delay studies to loss areas and help identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist Manufacturing team with implementation of lean concepts in manufacturing and assembly department.
• All other duties as assigned
