Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking two IT Co-ops to join our Minerva, OH team. One opening is on 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and one on 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).

The Co-Op will provide hands-on technical support for plant operations, enterprise infrastructure, and manufacturing technology systems. You will work closely with IT, engineering, production, and plant leadership to gain practical experience in a modern manufacturing IT environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Available to work 25–40 hours per week year-round.
• GPA 3.0 or above.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP and basic networking principles.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for plant operations, enterprise infrastructure, and manufacturing technology systems.
• Research and document technical systems to maintain the knowledge base and ensure proper monitoring.
• Assist in identifying and building alerts for evolving network threats.
• Communicate effectively with IT teams, end users, and staff with varying technical backgrounds.
• Perform secure setup, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network and communication systems.
