Responsibilities

Facilitate discussions and workshops with business units to identify goals and outcomes.
Develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements and use cases for solution design.
Create process flows and swimlanes to illustrate current and future state.
Manage requirements from identification through validation and testing with traceability.
Evaluate impact of changes and balance efficiency, risk, and feasibility.
Coordinate with system architects, developers, and product owners to meet documented needs.
Support planning and tracking of initiatives, dependencies, and issues.
Define test conditions and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Develop end-user training materials and deliver training sessions.
