Job summary

Horizontal Talent is seeking an IT Analyst II to support a manufacturing environment with hands-on problem solving, business process analysis, and end-user support. The role encompasses Windows PC/Server administration, Azure/Intune management, and printer support in a fast-paced setting.

You will analyze business needs, define IT solutions, document workflows, and contribute to tickets and dashboards while maintaining service quality in a production-focused operation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on IT infrastructure support experience.
• Strong Windows PC/Server administration knowledge.
• Experience with Azure and Intune administration.
• Fundamentals of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs and NAC.
• Printer support experience (HP and Zebra).
• Ability to analyze business processes and capture requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support Windows PCs and Windows Server OS in an onsite environment.
• Assist with Azure and Intune administration and device management.
• Troubleshoot printers including HP and Zebra in manufacturing settings.
• Apply networking fundamentals to resolve LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, NAC issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and define IT solutions.
• Document processes, map future-state workflows, capture high-level requirements.
• Identify issues, investigate root causes, and work toward solutions.
• Support a production-focused environment with quality and responsiveness.
• Contribute to ticket management and dashboards as needed.
